Clean. Our King Room had an amazing city view and was spacious, but I found the bed a bit too firm for my preference. The restaurant's food and service were excellent, definitely a highlight of the stay.

I ate at a spacious restaurant for breakfast. The location was prime - ease of access to Fountain Plaza. Also, the area was excellent😀

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs, would recomand it. We loved the comforts of this secured hotel. The restaurant here was nice for breakfast, we both ordered delicious dishes.

The room was spacious and immaculate. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and eager to assist with our needs.

The lack of a complimentary breakfast was disappointing.

We were there for 1 day, everything was good, enjoyed its wonderful location not far from nightlife, restaurants and the KeyBank Center, and the First Niagara Center, which was a plus. The breakfast was particularly nice with pancakes, worth the price.

The accommodation had a central location near everything...

We even checked out a game at Sahlen Field, and it was an amazing experience. The staff was attentive and made our mornings enjoyable.

In my wife's opinion, the mattresses should be upgraded. Sleep quality is essential for families.

Perfectly situated near historic sites and the Key Bank Center. Afternoon coffee and cookies offered in the lobby add a nice touch to the stay.

At $240 for a single night, it feels pricey, especially considering the $25 parking pass for a lot next door. The breakfast is an extra $15 per person without prior notice, and little inconveniences like missing soap and a rather long trek from the loading zone to the hotel after unloading luggage detracted from the experience. The pool was out of service , and a stained mattress on the pull-out couch was quite off-putting, reducing our comfort level as a family.

Loved the spacious suite and comfy beds! Quiet atmosphere made for a peaceful night. The staff were exceptional in the snowstorm, picking us up like heroes!

The pull-out couch looked like it survived a food fight-definite no-go for my precious kiddos!

A Nice Stay with Fine City Views

What a good experience! Enjoyed breakfast at the Garden Grille & Bar, where the atmosphere complemented the delicious food. The highlight was watching fireworks through expansive windows- lovely. Tip, consider parking options in advance to save time and money during your stay!

The hilton garden was great for our family trip. Especially alexis. Our queen room with two queen beds was spacious, and we loved the heated saltwater pool. Plus, it's so close to shea's performing arts center!
